A rather small image I'll admit, but one of the few species in my stories that isn't based off of somone elses ideas.

The 'Norune' or 'Queloon' are two names for the same species which are encountered by humans in two alternate univeres in my stories.

The Queloon were encountered by the UNSF in their explorations of our home galaxy The Milky Way, after the first war with the Kavarians had ended. They had actually given up most forms of advanced space travel to live in peace with their home environemt.


The early forces of the Republic however encountered a space faring civilization built by their universe's counterpart to the Queloon, the Norune. In that universe the humans and Norune nearly wiped each other from the face of the universe.
