It's hard to tell, but there are subtle nuances that hint at it in the lineart. while you two draw similar proportions to your characters (and I mean in height, not necessarily build), For females, your style seems to add a bit more curve to the hips, while your sister's gives the whole figure fat to the stomach as well. That's what I'm guessing only from the two pictures, though. Otherwise, it was just an educated guess.
