As the name suggests, I decided to have an impromptu drawing binge today, to comb a better understanding of anatomy and form, and to also improve my skills a little bit more.
I've never been a line artist, but I love colour. With that in mind I went down a road less traveled compared to the traditionally Cel-shaded work on the site, and adopted a more abstract painting method.
I draw way too many characters standing up from the front, so today I'm going to let the model sit down. Gone for a more cuddly looking, relaxed muscle for this character, big but without the definition. Inspired a little by the more animated work of

Today, A handsome Doberman poses in the famous Background coloured Underwear. He looks like he's watching a car try to parallel park into a space just a foot too narrow.
