Things have been rough for me for the past year. Lost love, lost pretty much everything. Most of the time I can pep talk myself into facing the day, and looking forward to the progress I've made, and being happy for the problems I cut loose. But every so often, the weight of it all comes down on me.
I've grown anti-social to the point where I hardly leave my room, say to go to work, and aside from a few posts here and there, I don't even keep touch with the friends I have. I guess what it really boils down to is that I'm simply lonely, but I've also lost a good bit of my ability to trust or let anyone in.
Fortunately I will live.

I feel I must apolgize for two things
One is that this vent art is beautiful, and I know it may appear that I'm finding pleasure from your misery, but I love beautiful art.
The other is that I'd like to offer some advice. I've heard recently that when in a low mood, or feeling depressed, often a good way to escape from it, is to do the opposite to how you feel. For example, if you don't feel like going outside, just take a walk.

oh yeah i was down this road my self really so i know the feeling. but really just think of it as a phase. for me thing felt hopeless but then i found way to get rid of this depression. i went to my real friends and went out more not to bars or anything just places i liked to go to. just to get my mind clear. heck i took clip board and head to a zoo where i was drawing some of the tigers there. tough i think it more the tigers that where interested in what i was doing lol. and no there where not see me as food XD.
