Hmm don't see vector art in this manner that often especially in babyfur stuff. Always have loved the paper cutout sort of feel that can be done with it.

I agree, this is a very unique request. The artist wanted to practice Flash animation, hence making vector art characters in Illustrator. I've got a link to the animation in the description.
