I usually just contact them and ask them to please remove it and they always do with no conflict.

But since yours is being used on another furry site I wouldnt know what to do except maybe register to the site and talk to the admins/people stealing your character.

Just watermark the SHIT out of your pictures so even if they do steal her atleast people will know where she really belongs.
