Can has hair and wings.
The fabric for this one is a little odd. The nap goes in all directions.
If you have a pony made of minky, you can groom it with a lint brush.
I very much suggest it for this particular one.

It will probably be around $300. all the stripes and detailing will be sewn in, not just painted on.
Will have to have a good look at the character and see how complex she is.
I know Hasbro have made a lil plastic pony of her, but I don't think they got the shape of her head right.

It's just their unicorn head with no horn.
I'd be willing to pay that and more for her :D Depends if she doesn't get snapped up at MF first :(
I kinda figured you'd be sewing together the stripes, hence my earlier comment about how challenging she would be to make compared to the other ponies of a single body colour. That plus all the bangles and such.
As for the Hasbro image, they were all works in progress and may end up changing by the time they release them all later this year....
Oh, just remembered, something you may be interested in if you don't have one already. There is a MLP FIM (G4) set available from MYER stores with the standard sized MLP model of Luna, a comparably sized on-all-fours Spike (bleh!) and a similarly properly sized (to the other ponies) Celestia. She's still pink but at least would work rather than that over-sized talking glowy winged monstrosity. I think from memory it was $30 but they had a discount sale on so I got it for less :) I got it from MYER Cannington (Carousel).

All ponies are difficult to make into plush toys. It's usually the eyes and cutie marks that drive me crazy. Lots of detail in a tiny space. It will be the same as making a Wonderbolt in full costume, or a pony with lots of accessories.
The first one is always the most difficult.
and I doubt Hasbro will be willing to pay extra money for a new head sculpt for just one character. They are firm believers in reusing moulds.
Thanks for the heads up on the Luna set. I think it's the same one I got from ebay, but I'll go look, just in case.
Celestia toys are strange. The electronic one you mentioned is too big, but the solid plastic one is too small- releative to the basic pony toy.
At the moment, it's Mattel that are making the better collectables. Not ponies, of course, but I collect many other toy lines.
I wish Lego would release a Canterlot set...
