hehe, something I mad for me and my great mate. I love him so much, and he's so sexy as a giant golden-red big bug~ x3 he practicals lifts me up there. and I love him for that
but I did use a drawing as a eksample from
Tora-Shiromaru, but that was for practive because I need some training on drawing. and this came out way better when I did some changes. it was just the faces I needed help with. but ofcourse, credits to the awesome artist who made the beetle designs. but these are mine x3
and I know that she doesnt like that we use her style for the bugs, but I rarely draw us as bugs, so why not. it´s not a crime.

This is actually a really terrible way to learn, as it will actually hurt your artistic development. If you copy another artist's drawings, you may learn to do things in a similar way, but you also learn their mistakes. You also don't learn why they drew it that way; thus you deprive yourself of developing your own way to handle different subjects. You also deprive yourself of a unique identity; you become "that guy who draws like Tora".
When people say "learn by doing" in regards to art, they mean you should draw things from life, on your own, to develop your skill. Taking pointers from the artists you like is great, but directly copying them will only hurt you in the end.

well, it's true. but I need to start somewhere to get used to make longer noses. but the jaw will still be pointy instead of square. also, I rarely draw these bugs, so I wont be famous for that sorta things.
and I placed this drawing on scrap now, so it wont be that much official. might remove it later too. but I keep the icons on the avatar profile. atleast for now.
