Woooo yet another ref. This is Orrik, Zakree's ornery 63 year-old father. He generally doesn't get along very well with his son, who loves and is fascinated by humans while Orrik hates them. (Poachers were responsible for the death of his mate/Zakree's mother, so you can understand why.) Truth is, as gruff and harsh he can be towards his son it's all because deep down he cares about him. He's all he's got left and he's just scared Zak's carelessness will make him end up dead like his mother, and he'll lose everything he's ever tried to love and protect. Sad, really.

Boy oh boy I've got a ways to go with these revamps.

(By the way, Orrik here's got a slightly purplish sheen to his scales as well, it's just kind of hard to make translate. Ghgsakdgha.)
