Looks good so far. Any observations I would make about sizing and proportions are things you've already mentioned, so I don't see any reason to point them out again.

Ah, I see... in that case...

Wings could be a bit larger but the overall design looks pretty good. Also you mentioned that the feet need to be changed... they need to be maybe twice as large in the front as they are now, the size of the hind feet are closer but still a bit small (my opinion, as dragons are so diverse there's no standard, really, for what is and isn't appropriate, and so on).

And I guess I do have an added thing, now that I think about it. I would suggest adding a bit of an upward arch to the dragon's back near the hips, as it looks unnaturally flat in that area for some reason.

One very positive thing I will add is that I love the detail in this pic. I realize it's only a work in progress, but the facial detail is outstanding and I like the horns too. The entire individual is very nicely done in the detail department as well, very nice work indeed.

i'm coming up to the details part. So take a GOOOOOD look at what i have. Some of them i just added for artistic effect, but it's up to you on what you want.
