so far so good... I threw them in the dryer to make sure they sealed right... then I worn them out and when I got home the next morning (god I stay out so late all the time) and they grass was super wet..(there was like a lake in my yard.. haha) I just walked thought it and the shoes are perfectly fine... so water proof yes.
