tl;dr mini rant ahead

it's been overly cold lately. I wouldn't usually mind, but I have one of those Summer colds, that don't seem to be going anywhere soon. Which sucks. Because I only just got over a different summer cold that I had.
I often think about why nature is so fucked up, but those thoughts soon leave my mind as quickly as they appeared, especially when the wind blows and smoke/ash tries to fly into my eyes. It hurts.
I also believe there is a cricket in my room. Don't get me wrong, I love weird and wonderful creatures, but not when they make excessive, repetitive noises. That just annoys me.
One day I'll let someone into my life to huggle on colds nights. Until then, I have Sir Ducksworthy, otherwise known as Ducky for short. I also have lollipops, so that makes me happy. It's rare occasions like this that I actually wish I had a fluffy tail to keep me warm.

So, if you'll excuse me, I'm probably going to go sit in front of a mirror and pretend I'm a carrot.

No, I'm joking. I'm going to go hook up my xbox and watch Labyrinth, smoking away to keep warm.
