I used Color Efex Pro 3.0 from within Apple Aperture 2.0.
They have predefined colour response curves for a huge number of transparency and print films such as Agfa, Fuji and Kodak lines.
Though several filter stages they match the colour saturation, chroma, grain, low and bright light sensitivity, contrast ratio and light wavelength reactivity.
