The amount of times this has happened to me is painful, half the time its because of the lagg!

I once joined my friends server of just him, me, and -his- friend.
I spent the next 6 hours underground getting all sorts of things (As an example as to how much I had of everything else.. i had 38 diamonds)
While they remained above ground.. being amins. and using admin powers.
After gathering up everything I needed, smelting everything down, and fitting all of my valuables into my inventory, i set out to build.
Little did I know that my friend's friend thought it would be funny to trap those with a poor connection in an obsidian coffin.
And then fill it with lava.

On the other hand, that has to be pretty uncomfortable.

I used to admin for minecraft back in Alpha and Beta. It was terrrrible. We would work endlessly to solve user problems, but this was on a server that had 50+ people on at all times.

So the few times I got to build something, I would fly somewhere and spawn some items to build a project. I remember when a kid complained once about it, and I went "When you become a server side admin, manage plugins, a website, and a major community. I think you will have the right to spawn yourself some supplies. You have all day to gather your items, this is the first time I have had a chance to build something in months."

After that, community never really complained again. x3.

I'm not sure what's more impressive, the fact that the admin is expelling diamonds, or the fact that they're being expelled from the alimentary canal with enough force to propel them through the air with the force of a gyrojet on acid.
