NO, the name of the technique has nothing to do with Naruto, and there is an explanation for it since I'm such a technical nerd, but I'm too lazy to explain it now.
GOD, I hate my shading SO MUCH! I have to practice more, I SERIOUSLY do! I'm looking at this drawing and I wanna jump out my window. I spent hours trying to get this damn thing right and I didn't make it any better, so sorry, you're gonna have to endure this sucky thing.
And I got a tablet! FINALLY! But it has a weird function that made me UNABLE to complete the effects I wanted to put on the stripes, so you can thank my new tablet for that. It saved the file after I flattened the image, so yeah, there you have it.
