I DID NOT DRAW IT
Yep this is Neon and her somewhat updated design. Nothing has really changed here, only the color of her paw pads. She needed more green :XD:
I didn't order a ref because I didn't like her old one, it was just that it was lacking her most important design aspect, her hair.
And no offense or anything, but it would drive me bananas when people would draw her without her hair.
Accessories have been changed but feel free to draw her with the old ones or make up your own!

Height: Approx 5' 6 (I don't know my exact height which is pretty sad)
Species: Dachshund, size in between a mini and a standard
Sex: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Relationship Status: Single for now and crushing on a certain husky

Design: Spiked hurr with neon green. All four of her paws are tan colored and so is part of her face, her underbelly, and the underside of her tail. Her paw pads are neon green. Her eyes are brown and the inside of her ears is the same color as her nose.

Neon is kind of a Tomboy. She loves parties and her friends, although she can be kind of cruel to them they know it's in a loving way. She has strange ways of showing her affection for others. She doesn't care what people think about her usually. She can get kind of upset when people make fun of her, but she usually shakes it off and continues to enjoy life like her little derpy self.
