Red Wine & Honey Pork-chops

1 serving peas
2 servings crackers
1 serving spaghetti sauce (any)
Main Item: feeds 1-2
2 3 oz pork chops
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup red Wine (personal taste applying)
2 tbs honey
1 tsp celery salt
directions:
Heat a medium frying pan to medium high temperature, and apply nonstick mechanism of choice.
Once heated, sprincle seasonings on the porkchops EXCEPT the honey and ad them AND the Wine into the frying pan.
Cover and let cook on each side 7-10 min depending on thickness (mine were about 7.25 min per side) Be sure to add more wine as needed if all of the base amount boils away while cooking
Once fully cooked, drizle 1 tbs of honey on each pork chop and serve with sides of choice!
