hmmmm what program do you use? and a tablet? you could get oC for free or GIMP which is open source so its free :3 a friend got me my Easy PaintTool Sai and that's all i use now :3

Free hand on with penciel and paper, then I can the image and use MS paint for the line art, then finsh off with Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8
