Based off a sketch I made a while ago. Lieutenant R. Thaw, titled as "Man-of-Arms" within the HALO ranks. Trained in the use as wipes as a deadly weapon in combat. Although Thaw does carry a pistol, Thaw considers his two wipes as his primary weapons. The wipes themselves are a type of heated electrical design. As hot as heated metal, and are capable to burn, or cut threw flesh as well as most metals. It's unknown even to HALO what gender Thaw is, or what he looks like under the helmet. Most consider Thaw a "he". (Kind of like Vader, but more mobile and short, and less black. But has a more Cobra Commander thing going on) Anyway, Lieutenant Thaw has earned the command of HALO's war-dogs known as "the Hell-Guard". A highly trained marine-like group far harden than any commando team. And Thaw isn't afraid to exploit his command.
