heh heh, not bad, i'd volantire myself for 2nd guitar or bass if i lived anywhere near you XD, however, if you are ok with being an "fantasy band" (Dethklok comes to mind) i'd join in a heartbeat

if you're not opposed to power metal then no I'm not offended at all . I'm starting an online band for now. for recording anyway. I have a new pda system in a computer. I'm starting the recording for " inside the storm" album. the band I think im gonna call it steelstorm, man and wolf, Dragomica, firestorm, Wolfhunters. Idk lol. and the recordings that you see now are old and horrible and it was only a work in progress. the ones I'm going to be doing are going to sound much much better. and the solos are gonna be a lot better too. it's going to be a fun project but I'm gonna need some help with it. I'm also gonna b the singer. it's so weird I didn't even know I could sing aa powerful as mark hudson from dragonforce lol. the auditioning for this on line band thing is gonna be on skype. and if you want I will pm you my skype address

sure, i'll give it a shot, although i think you'll end up doing most of the solo work, i'm not a great shredder, although melodic soloing i can do, i also think i'm a fairly good rhythm writer (still not great however) but there's always room for improvment ey? one problem i have is the lack of any desent recording software, i have adacity, but my computer never seems to like me recording and thus it tends to break up the audio all the time, guess that's what i get for haveing windows and not a mac XD

but i'll give it a run never the less, i have a iod with Gararge band on it, as well as Skype

a bit about my style as such, i say i have a bluesy based style on the fact that i have next to no theroy knowlage and the fact i play what sounds right and not what is correct theroy wise, things like useing a lot of cromatics and stepping out of key a lot.

also bluesy is the fact i write most of my riffs and such through jamming, and i'm pretty good at improvising, give me a backing track and a key and i'll work a solo out. might not be able to play it the same later though XD. although when it comes down to writing for an album i'll make sure to write stuff down as i go, but i'm fairly easy about it.

as for other things, i'm a budding drummer and take a lot of intrest in composing drum beats, so that's a plus for the band, and i have GP5, which is pretty good for tracking them and such ^^

also, i do a little bit of vocals, mostly in the screaming department although i can do a little bit of clean, but maybe the screams will add a little bit of flavor to the background vocals (listen to Fallen World and the lines "Cold steel and bloodshed in a lost barren wasteland" and "black-torn and twisted in the fast fading twilight" for examples)
