she's holding a gift for someone in the hand close to her, hence only one arm out front.
i struggled with the water effects, and i'm still not happy with how it turned out, but water in colored pencils is very difficult to do
bubbles failed. i messed up on those, so you kinda can't see them....
she's not glowing here because she's close enough to the surface for sunlight to reach (obviously). eventually, i will draw her in the black
