I used to be a part of a Bleach Role Play on Gaia and was promoted to Captain of Squad 5 after awhile till i had to step down due to loosing internet. The Squad specializes in Kidou(Way of the Demon. Its the shinigami form of magic in the series) and the kanji next to him means 5 and is what would be on the back of his white haori. Kar wields two zanpakuto that form into one when he releases his Shikai. I will have a picture of both his Shikai and Bankai coming soon.

Kar's zanpakuto's name btw is Shinkuyuki which means "Crimson Snow." And his Bankai's name is Shinkuyuki Kageyoshi which means "The Vibrant Viewing of the Crimson Snow." However...the name doesn't really have any true meaning to the releases till the actual Bankai release. However as to what it actually is I will keep a secret for the moment. >:3

Also! Yes...I know the bankai name is similar to Byakuya's Bankai's name...even the form is very similar... The form however I had already made before it was pointed out to me. The name I did borrow. I couldn't think of anything else and couldn't find any really good translation sites...so...shuddup. lol
