Poor derpy didn't know what was coming. Originally from the hilarious cupcakes 2 story when pinkie cuts apart derpy (derpy can breath without lungs btw) she removes derpy's eyes. I drew an older version of this during a really funny reading of this story over a brony skype conference a long time ago. It got brought up again so i thought i'd draw it again.
Done on ms paint as always and my second one done with my touch pad on my net book. that's why it's small. the blood was fun on this one. figured out the oil brush tool was good for it. let me know what you think about the oil brushed blood.
