You know, I'm almost certain that when she get's her cutiemark, it's going to have to do with building or fixing things. Of course, I don't have much evidence to work with, but she did fix up the CMC's clubhouse, and she did seem to be really fascinated by the Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 (Until Flim called Granny Smith a chicken anyway). Sweetiebelle's will definitely be singing. As for Scootaloo, it's either going to be racing or stunt performing.
