Keara is officially a River Dragon, I'm probably gonna take away her wings completely. She doesn't have scales, but her fur is like any other armor. Here I was playing with what her dragon-form will look like, I might add stripes and such later, so this picture maybe updated! ^^
Her body is mostly based off of an otter.
