Can someone please enlighten me as to what fandom this is from and exactly why anything sexual happening after this would be rape.

Jello, the artist here, I'll explain best as I can. It's from a British television show called 'Mogrels' comprised of all puppet animals/pets in a human world. Though there are several characters they focus on they seem to have a fussy fox named Nelson as their lead. One of his best friends is a rather brash, foul mouthed fox named Vince. Nelson often let's others take advantage of him and Vince is no exception. Them engaging in sex is canonly shown in the show at least once, then more instances hinted at.
It's both Nelson and Vince engage willingly, but the way Nelson talks about some of the times it seems Vince takes advantage of him from time to time.

That's quite a long explanation but hopefully you're enlightened. The show is rather funny and if you don't mind crude humor I will suggest you give it a look.
