The year is 2025, the world powers United States of America, Russia, Germany, Japan, and The Republic of South American Relations (R.S.A.R.) are near to the brink of a third world war. These major world powers have been in an arms race for more than a decade, and weapons of mass destruction have long been lost. The arms race has been focused upon a much more difficult subject: to create supers soldiers and machines of highly destructive potential. The powers are at each other’s throats and war can be waged on a dime.
The country of Russia remains impenetrable by ground offensive means due to it near unbearable Russian Winter. Russia is just behind America in the arms race and continues to grow an impending threat upon its neighboring competitors. Germany, just as it has in WW2 has spread her dominion over nearly all of what was once Europe. Germany’s borders rang from the outer ridge of Turkey all the way to the outer regions of what was once known as Spain. Japan has adopted the surprise and aw spectrum of the blitzkrieg battle method and has manifested its existence from its homeland and all of formal India. Japan is bleeding its countries colors as it continues to dominate the trade in technologically advanced computer and communication systems for all sides of the conflict. The R.S.A.R is of little significance to the conflict, other than the minerals and elements found in the very earth under South America are essential to the production of the Blood Angels and many other weapons being used by the world powers.
America has come out of its self-destructive reliance on foreign resources from the Middle East and other massive producers. It has become a country of great potential like it once was when it was birthed. Though, the government has blocked all signs of war and disaster to its people. The internet, television, and radio are all put under restriction punishable by death. The government of America has kept its civilians under a rock, they say there is no war, and they say everything is fine, yet strange disappearances of American civilians have become more and more frequent. The American secretary of defense, who goes by the name of Craig Nelson has signed a bill setting a project to create biologically and mechanically altered super soldiers to give America the upper hand.
This project was deemed the name, “The Blood Angel Project” Soldiers who are created to be without emotion, to be ruthless and do all that no other soldier could. Such project was once thought to be impossible, now it has been proved successful only once. Blood Angel #4, formally known as Commander R.J. Becket was the one to survive the alteration and has thought to be the only. This is soon to change, for a new blood angel is to be created, much powerful than the first. The government noticed that the escape, R.J. Becket, was from the top of the military chain which may have led to his escape, now they are searching for the right civilian to be the next “Blood Angel.” They need someone who is pure of violence, someone whose disappearance would go unnoticed, and someone who is under the radar.
This is where the story shall begin, in a place called Soubline, Louisiana. A place of peace and educational prosperity, its green hills cup the city in from other outward cities and reflect graciously to the kissing sun. As like most of the cities in America now, Soubline has never heard about war since the past decade and continues to remain clueless to the outward world. In Soubline, we will be following a young teenager by the name of Lucas and his life shall make the ultimate U-turn in what will have become the bloodiest phenomenon in history. Lucas will have to decide to either put the life of others before his or to destroy for his own personal gain.
