For a cheaper lens, I've heard this one is solid: http://the-digital-picture.com/Revi.....ns-Review.aspx
I have one of these I found on eBay http://the-digital-picture.com/Revi.....ns-Review.aspx It's alright, just wish it had image stabilization.

I think these 'unable to bite folks' spiders are what has gotten me over some of my arachnophobia. It's the unknown and 'very painful bite' spiders that still make me squirm.
I use the term 'acute arachnophobia', now. And have handled MANY jumping spiders I find in my house, often teasing them with a laser pointer first. They chase it like a cat! Then I gently get it to jump into my hand and I let it go outside.
Unless it's a summer where the complex gets ant infestations. Then any/all jumpers get free room and board in the hopes they'll eat said ants for us. ;P
And you said 6 eyes? I only see four. Could you tell me where the 2 I'm missing are?
