I'm still fascinated by the expression, particularly as it comes into play with regard to angle; how fairly realistic the straight on shot is in regards to how different it looks with the side shot. There seems something off about the horns in the straight on shot, as well. Speaking of that dissonance I notice the... *ahem* up front bulge seems a touch different in the two shots. Don't know why I comment on that, but I do.

Interesting use of snake-scaled tail vs. the same coloring but unscaled ventral torso; in general the color is quite fascinating. A nicely simple character.

with the front view i imagined the horns curving down enough so they would be blocked from view by the head.

You probley should have have the belly scales on the chest and belly as well instead of just on the tail. but then again :P it looks pretty good
