I think this is about as far as I can go with this model for now, until I can figure out how to do turntables and properly render stuff. And pose them. Need to figure that shit too. But for now, completed.

Looks good, but there's a lot of jaggies around the edges where different materials meet. Up the antialiasing somewhat and you'll see some real improvements in render quality. (N.B. I'm not too familiar with ZBrush, but if you don't have multi-pass rendering for that nice smooth antialias effect, you can always use the old camera wobble trick to simulate it - I've heard it's an awesome modelling package, but a little bit lacking in render quality)
Impressive that you made this completely in zbrush, hats off to ya. I absolutely hate zbrush's UI. I'd be interested to see the UV mapping for this thing.
If you can export it as an .obj and bring it into Maya, Maya has an automated turntable animation you can apply to any model.
