Thought I'd have some fun here. This picture is from last summer.

Yes, I actually own this signal. It's a nice unit. Considering it was outside from 1954 to October 1, 2010, I'd say it faired quite well. Only repainted once while in service and then once while in my possession.

Go figure that a furry owns an Eagle traffic signal. Not kidding, that's it's marked name on the back. The pun was just too tempting to pass up.

BTW, this is also the one that was the basis for one of the lights in my recent picture of Lynwood changing the light bulb.

I can't remember, though, whether or not I installed the decorative top cap after I took the picture. Meh, I'll call sometime and find out.
