So i'm playing with an avatar creator and I find a blue dragon tail. My mind strarts working and I produce this lovely creature (after a few edits of course).
I've decided to name her Lapis Lazi (the name cames from a blue rock: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lapis_lazuli)
Since she is a joke charaacter, she has no history as of yet. I would like to create a story around her.
