Sonia's second commission was finished up yesterday evening. The request was for a mini Max being forced to play with old My Little Pony toys. Since the G1 Ponies were such a large part of my childhood - and since Sonia was requesting actual toys and not characters drawn to look like the style of the cartoon - the idea was too funny to resist.
The ponies are based on the G1 ponies Bluebelle, Posey, and Firefly. As for Max's outfit, it's based off of Megan's in Escape From Catrina.
Done on 9x12 Bristol board with ink, Copic markers, a white colored pencil, a white gel pen, and a few different Spica glitter pens.
