*smiles* I love the way this turned out.
As I stated on Aery's posting of this, his posture standing there, with his wings spread out, is just gorgeous. I just love the way the morning light is flowing across both him and the city, casting long shadows and giving the entire scene a peaceful serenity.
The fact that there are no cars or people, as well as there being no destruction to the city, actually works better for me. It just beautifully captures the character and this moment, without the distractions of others. It just has a wonderfully tranquil and relaxing look and feel to it.
