Just for a laugh, I decided to draw Smarty Pants' parents: Pajama Pants and Cargo Pants! Pajama there runs a fabric shop and her husband Cargo works for a delivery company.

Yeah, I know they don't really look like how donkeys look in the show, but this was drawn before I saw the episode with Cranky Doodle Donkey.

Not to be an asshat or anything, but how the heck does he button his pants? I'll stretch my imagination to say that pants worn to that degree on ponies is within reason, but a button that small?

Oh I don't know. I think they close enough to how the donkeys are in the show that it doesn't really matter. On another note, Smarty Pants is absolutely adorable!
