There are a lot of differences between V3 and V4, but V4 has all the features that V3 has includeing animation. There are also a lot of differences such as the way eveything is set up. I haven't used DAZ 4 much so I can't even begin to tell you how to used the program, My advice would be for you to play around with the program abit before tackleing anything major or difficult.
