This is a birthday present for a friend (same guy I did the Discord pic for).

Pony/Doctor Who fans, if I got something wrong let me know. I don't know much about this character ("Doctor Whooves"/Time Turner), or the character he is based on (Doctor Who).

XD My heart was shattered when I found out that wasn't just some fan made character for MLP: FiM...my inner Doctor Who fangirl was crushed when I saw how he's used in the series

Meh, more of the fact that the only time I've seen him in it is he turns some kind of Hourglass for the battle for Apple Cider...its like, "WHY! HE'S A FREAKING 9000 YEAR OLD TIME LORD! WHY MUST HE BE USED FOR YOUR AMUSEMENT!" And because I dislike MLP: FiM

It took a long time and a lot of practice to get this steady! I use OpenCanvas, though, because Photoshop's paintbrush tool never looked right for my lines. Without OpenCanvas, I'd never be able to ink this way! xD

OpenCanvas allows you to easily rotate the canvas, which makes certain angles much easier to ink. :D

That's amazing. Paint tool sai also allows you to rotate the canvas easily, but the line effect isn't like this.

Yeah, I tried Paint tool Sai, and I never really liked it. I really love OpenCanvas for inking -- worth every cent!!

Doc. Whooves likely will never become the canon name due to copyright back to Doc. Who... :/ But the name is adopted by the staff, much like Derpy Hooves is/was. There is supposed to be a couple different versions of the Doctor floating around, this is the main one of course, well done kiddo! There is supposed to be different doctors with the same cutie mark based on different actors to play the Doctor. I think those Doctor's showed up in "The Best Night Ever" episode.

You can see that..this pony was based off of him. With the spiky hair and tie, we will miss him.. Mat smith with his bow tie and wacky humor has replaced him.
