Before I say anything else, first BIG thanks to  RavynArcadiaValos for reselling this design.

It was drawn and created by  catokun and purchased by Ravyn. However, since seeing it my mind always wanted to do something with this amazing design, so I finally mustered the courage to ask him if he would resell the design and well... here we are.

This is the second member of the Elemental Council, representing the element of ice, obviously. As with my Shadow Cat this character will most likely get an anthro form as well as a female and male version.
