I actually found model sheets of Brooklyn that show his wingspan as smaller than I was originally drawing him.
Then again, from episode to episode, it seemed to shift in size... so yes, it's possible that his wings are small, but they're on par with Demona's.

Brooklyn may have been the resident hothead during the early part of the series, but serving as Goliath's XO (and as defacto CO during Goliath's World Tour) seemed to have cooled him off quite a bit... I figure he'll back off as soon as he can, leaving Demona to her own devices, no love lost there.
