Nice one day, Pissy the next
I won't lie. I'm a pretty good morning person to be around. Considering I have to be up at 5:15 every morning for work, one tends to get use to the early hours of the daytime. Once I'm at work, customers usually can't believe I'm one of the perkiest & most chipper hostesses you'll ever meet. Some envy this, others find it really disturbing.
However, there's a horrible, much uglier side to this story. This peppy lioness is only present during the day when she gets at the minimum 10+ hours of sleep.
Those rare & few occasions where I don't get my needed sleep... I'm the most cynical, pissed off, and ill-mannered person you'll come across. I can hide this evilness quite well with customers, but my co-workers know to stay out of my way, lest I say every uncensored thought that crosses my mind about them XD;
Again, these occurrences are few & far between, considering I always make sure to get in bed at good hours so I can achieve maximum sleeping-goodness. Just watch out for me when I don't XD

I am not a morning person. For me, the picture on the left is after about 9:00 am. The picture on the right is if I have to wake up anytime before 9:00 am (thus lack of sleep). So, I can both understand where you're coming from and can't understand how you can wake up so early. :P
Well, I kinda had to start getting up at the crack of dawn when I swapped to a different shift at my job that required me to open a restaurant at 6:30 every morning. Believe me, it was a bitch to get use to the time swap because I originally started on a night shift when I got the job.
