Liliane in her first phase of LL medications' effects... so obviously more bouncy meat. :I Just... her sitting in the White Void themed medical section of the campus for Umeko or more likely Eddy check her up on the progress.
Of course, the whole thing for the agents and medications used is now forever classified (with most of the LL internal information) by now so nobody will ever really know what it is beyond "bigger" visually. I think that's what everyone really cares about anyway.

I would have to say that of all the pears in the LL, Liliane is also one of my favorites to see from you. Not only because pear shapes are growing on me the more I hang with you guys, but also because she's green and even looks like a pair with the darker green freckles looking like pearspots. *implodes*
