What did you use to color the buckram[or whatever material used]?

It is buckram, and surprisingly enough, they are common markers that my BF bought from walmart for a small project he had for class. I won't be using them on any other heads I make until I can test it's durability with water but I was shocked at how bright and vivid the color came out and it even faded when I used purple AND pink!

I've used prismacolor marker on my Opossum head[now owned by :lilnksputnik_rising: ], and it got DOUSED in snow water when I was filming in a blizzard rather foolishly for a Christmas video XD
It stood up rather well, and I have had no problems using them. :>
Other makers use acrylics, and usually paint/color the backs of the eyes with black for better vision. I learned that the hard way XD

Maybe take a little scrap of buckram and color it, then dribble water on it over an hour or so?

Yea, I'm just being lazy after the con I just got back from though. Very taxing on the body @w@

But Prismacolor markers are alcohol based. Mine are washable markers... So I just need to avoid waster at all cost until I can seal the eyes with soemthing.... Or find better colors with the deco-paint markers which I personally LOVE
