In tonight's stream, she told me just how she shades things, and oh my God, it's a major improvement from what I've been doing, in appearance, style, and how easy it actually is.
My lord, the easiness. No longer do I have to worry about spending half an hour slowly filling out lines without shooting my colors off the character or blending with the waterbrush correctly. I just click two options and not have to worry about anything ever. Exactly what I've been looking for.
She deserves so much love, guys, just go and poke her and hug her and everythang <3
And tell me what you think about this coloring style compared to my old one! I personally think it's a huge step up. uwu

SHADING FOR DAYS
Pitu told me she basically overexaggerates her shading to get a good effect, so I kinda went with that here, along with the fact it's supposed to be dark :I
I like the tricks she taught me with the Clipping Group option and the magic wand tool though, because they enable me to go crazy about shading/color a section of the picture without worrying about messing up any others.
