The power source might, but LEDs are pretty much encased in solid plastic with the only electrical components being the two metal leads out. Shorting across those would simply put out the LED and possibly ruin whatever was powering it, but the LED itself should be fine. I think.

Still not recommended though...for LEDs you'd buy at a store in our world. Maybe these are fully integrated into the pup's system and powered by bioelectricity, meaning all the relevant components are either designed to work in an environment filled with electrolytic fluid, or hardened against same.

depending of how you like your pup design, if you like fiberoptics for lightings only can be a lot of fun, him can sent data if you like used for it.

it suppose leds are inside of him, because of this it cant hurt him leds with own wetness...
