He is definitely handsome here. I notice the textures you put on the floor and his clothes (even the shirt). This contrasts with one of the favourite parts of the picture: the hand-drawn texture of soft, shiny fur on him while following the flow of his body. The fur on his head appears to be slicked-back, adding to his handsomeness. Of course, his musculature also contributes to his good looks, though his right pec and bicep look too small. I notice that you accounted for the slight lift on his body that results on his sitting on his tail. The body language suggest a gentle person yet reveals the scar on his wrist, revealing an easily-missed feature of his. The webbing on his fingers and toes are a good implementation of his otter features while adding to his overall cutenesss. I also noticed the shine on his nose, collar, and belt. In all, you did great tribute to his excellent appearance.
