Sure, it may look like an innocent hug picture, however, I managed to pluck a hair from his head and am sending it to a DNA testing facility. Sure it may cost me 2000 dollars and will take 3-5 months, but I'll learn the secret identity of the Mystery Otter! HAHAHAHAHA!!

In all honesty, I have no clue who Mystery Otter is, however, I think he's got an awesome thing going and I am really amused by it. Whoever he is, he's a really talented suiter and is just adorable with his fish when he was running around FWA 2012.
