Well besides covering up for other, more prudish, species. Clothing can offer warmth, sortage space, and suggest cultural connotations.

Or in their case, act as a networking medium for all their electronics that they carry.

Always love to see alien designs. :) Aren't they just so much fun to make? I mean you can make ANYTHING with any color. :D I love it.
