Sergal Stream Test Plackard/Calibration Screen [ v1.1 ]
When I stream, I normally don't have anything to cut to when I stop for something. Well, inspired by a thread on lulz, I decided to create a classic video calibration screen for my stream sessions. Featuring my lulz-created murrsona, PPP, since it's for my streams.
Also, the pic is kind of strange how his hair is cropped, but that's a pompadour on his head. Not a pink banana. As I make better portraits, I'll probably just replace the one in here with it.
Interesting Facts
-Created in Flash 8 and Fireworks 8
-Time is updated (on optimal machines) 39 times per second

I don't go to them so much to learn art as to hangout with them these days. I still do learn things.
Once a week or once every two weeks a guy I know hosts a 12 random cartoon drunk stream that are super fun, sometimes with movies. Some I go to, to see movies. Like wallie, pokemon 13, triplets of bevilie, dark city, seen some video game ones where it was marvel vs capcom, soul caliber 5, tekkon, street fighter vs tekkon, a ton of emulated games from older systems.
I think I just yesterday convinced a guy to buy minecraft from a stream I go to. I might start playing with him if he did.

The only reason that I estimate that you are geting 39 updates per second, is that this flash requires two frames of animation. One to load up the current time, and one to tell the flash file to return to the first frame so it can reload it again.
I do believe that it does hit the second frame, so you would be getting half of the 78fps that it runs at, or 39. However, this is entirely based upon your computer performance. The slower the computer, the slower it will run. However, the time won't lag, since it's pulling info from your system time with every refresh.
