Let me brake it down than.
The eyes are mis-proportionate the whole muzzle is crooked the nose dose not fallow the lines of the face and top of head so it looks like the muzzle was broken and healed incorrectly, The teeth appear to be coming out of the lips rather than having good placement in gums set far enough from the lips, this gives the mouth a strange look to it, and more space between the tung and teeth.
The pencil coloring in layers is good, but the neck rolls shouldn't be there as a canid of this size has more muscle tone to the sides of the neck before the shoulders and the neck is not symmetrical in any way, without this mirrored line work, the image looks very warped. The eyes have no cornea, just one big pupil. All in all, the coloring is ok, but it needs more symmetry and more attention to skeletal and muscular detail. Try looking up veterinarian books on animal muscular and bone structures.
