Merging the head with a body seamlessly would mean I have to redo the morph targets, and that means I will have to redo the whole animation. Thats why you usually dont animate before you know you got you model finished. Sadly.. I wasnt so keen on waiting back in those days. I still got a JP T-Rex model lying arround though (^vxxxv^)
Sorry, I ment onscreen dials, the only think I am about to buy is a 3D Control Handle, just a knob that I can turn and push into directions to control stuff. As for photoshop I just use my WACOM tablet. Pressure sensitivity changes intensity, left slider for size, and right slider for zoom. Can't help you with the rest.
